You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. bbb4 also reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a Terms violation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently supported at bbb4 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval. The withdrawal amount must be ৳1,000 or more. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during identity verification or fraud investigations.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bbb4 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳3,000; a deposit of ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 times. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers to be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus offer may only be used once.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• bbb4 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by bbb4. Wagering may not count on certain games.
• No cash equivalent may be claimed against any bonus.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at bbb4 are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Each game has its own rules detailed on the platform, which supplement these Terms.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, please keep the following in mind:

• Odds are subject to change; the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement will follow bbb4's own rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be declared void.
